    田玉平,1964年出生。教授,博士生導師,復雜系統控制研究所所長。教育部“長江學者獎勵計劃”特聘教授(第四批,控制理論與控制工程學科),國家杰出青年基金獲得者(2004年)。1986年清華大學自動化系本科畢業,獲學士學位;1991年莫斯科動力學院自動化與計算機技術系研究生畢業,獲前蘇聯自動控制專業技術科學副博士學位(PhD);1996年獲俄羅斯自動控制專業技術科學博士學位(ScD)。曾應邀到澳大利亞中昆士蘭大學、美國加州大學伯克立分校和香港城市大學進行訪問研究。1995年獲全國第二屆關肇直獎,1999年獲第七屆霍英東教育基金,2000年獲第三屆全球智能控制與自動化大會(WCICA 2000)最佳理論論文獎。
    社會兼職:
    中國自動化學會控制理論專業委員會委員、中國人工智能學會智能空天系統專業委員會委員,江蘇省自動化學會常務理事,Associate Editor of “Journal of Control Theory and Applications”,《控制與決策》、《控制理論與應用》和《東南大學學報》的編委,東南大學教工網球協會(首任)會長等。
